We're working with an established organisation that is investing heavily in artificial intelligence and looking to appoint an AI Engineer to help shape and deliver its AI strategy.

The Role
As the organisation's key AI specialist in the UK, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating technologies, and delivering AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, productivity and commercial performance.
You'll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business requirements and technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate emerging AI tools, products and technologies
- Identify and prioritise AI use cases across multiple business functions
- Design, build and deploy AI-powered solutions
- Work closely with engineering teams to implement AI initiatives
- Develop business cases and recommendations for AI adoption
- Present findings, progress and opportunities to senior leadership
- Keep abreast of developments within AI and machine learning and recommend innovative applications across the business
What We're Looking For
- circa 5+ years' experience in a technical role with a track record of delivering solutions independently
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI, machine learning or data-driven solutions
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies and their practical business applications
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for AI innovation
