This is in our Technology Operations group reporting to the VP of Security and will enable execution of engineering projects across the organisation. TechOps drive technical projects, initiatives and process improvements that speed, secure and operate our platforms and engineering organisation. At TrueLayer, the Technical Programme Manager will play a crucial role in coordinating complex initiatives across our teams. You will drive the execution, planning and change management for technical projects that directly impact our delivery and engineering teams.
What we expect from you:
- Project Leadership: You will lead and execute the planning and coordination for critical, organisation-wide projects that span multiple teams and domains (e.g. large-scale engineering changes, security and technical operations initiatives).
- System and Tooling Rollout: You will run the effective introduction and change management for major internal systems, tooling, data and infrastructure projects that support our engineering and technology workflows.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: You will manage complex initiatives that need close coordination across technical, product, commercial and client-facing teams, ensuring clear alignment and timely technical outcomes for the business.
- Risk and Dependency Management: You will manage the structure for tracking and resolving critical dependencies and risks that impact delivery and technical integrity.
- Data and Planning Support: You will support crucial data activities concerning our people and planning, helping to clarify resource allocation and alignment for the engineering leadership team.
- Stakeholder Alignment and Communication: You will manage communications and provide clear progress updates to stakeholders on project status, risks and impact against key metrics.
- Practical Change Management: Drive organisational shifts through pragmatic execution, focusing on high-impact, actionable solutions.
Successfully balance the speed of feature delivery with the essential need to maintain the security, reliability, and long-term sustainability of our platform and operations.
