Help teams deliver calmly, clearly and to a high standard — even when the work is complex. True9 is a ten-year-old, independent technology consultancy based in Saltaire, West Yorkshire. We’re looking for a Delivery & Quality Assurance Specialist who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and quality to digital projects - and who takes pride in helping teams do their best work. This role sits at the intersection of delivery and quality. You’ll help keep work moving, make risks visible early and ensure quality is baked into what we deliver.
If you enjoy working closely with developers, thinking critically about how systems behave in the real world, and improving how teams deliver over time, you’ll feel at home here.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day delivery across multiple client projects
- Keeping work organised, visible and moving
- Spotting blockers, risks and gaps early - and helping teams respond
- Manually testing features and edge cases with a real-world mindset
- Writing clear, actionable bug reports
- Working closely with developers to validate functionality and quality
- Helping improve lightweight QA and delivery approaches over time
In this role, you’ll:
- Be involved early, not just at the end of delivery
- Help teams move faster by improving clarity and confidence
- Raise quality without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
- Be trusted to shape how delivery and QA work in practice
- Learn through real projects, real users and real constraints
How we work:
- Remote-first across the UK, with monthly in-person days at our Saltaire office
- A supportive, low-ego environment where people are trusted to do the right thing
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused ways of working
- Clear communication between engineers, delivery and clients
This role is a great fit if you:
- Are naturally organised, proactive and calm under pressure
- Enjoy working closely with developers and digital products
- Care deeply about quality and user experience
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people
- Like improving processes without over-engineering them
What we offer:
- Salary up to £40,000, depending on experience
- Remote-first UK role with regular team days in Saltaire
- 34 days holiday
