As a Project Manager, you’ll play an important role in bringing together people, plans, and priorities to help make sure great work gets delivered clearly and confidently. It’s about taking responsibility, using good judgement, and helping maintain momentum, with support from senior project and delivery colleagues when the work becomes more complex. You’ll work across multiple clients, supporting delivery from scoping through to launch and beyond, acting as a clear day-to-day bridge between clients, delivery teams, and commercial priorities. Support the delivery of digital products such as new ecommerce web builds, composable, headless solutions or PIM implementation, working closely with senior project managers, technical leads and delivery teams where needed Support strong commercial performance by tracking budgets, raising risks early, and understanding how delivery decisions affect project profitability Support scope and change control by spotting issues early, keeping documentation clear, and working with senior colleagues to protect delivery and commercial outcomes Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients on in-flight projects Planning & structure Create and maintain project plans and delivery documentation, contributing to estimates, statements of work and delivery approaches with guidance from senior project and delivery leads Contribute to proposals and project documentation Partner closely with Account Directors to ensure alignment between client needs, delivery approach, and commercial objectives Partner closely with Tech Leads to ensure technical approach, delivery planning, and project execution stay aligned Help project teams stay clear, organised and ready for client review, making sure work is understood, tracked and prepared before release Share learnings across projects and teams Contribute ideas and learnings that help improve how we deliver as an agency Clients feel confident, informed, and well-supported Projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard Risks are identified early and handled proactively 2-3 years’ experience supporting or managing digital projects such as websites, platforms or products ~ Experience of working with content management systems ~ Strong organisational and planning skills Comfortable tracking budgets, timelines, and scope, with the judgement to escalate risks and decisions at the right time Developing a good understanding of financial performance across the project lifecycle Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Are naturally organised but flexible when needed Real responsibility from day one, with support from experienced project and delivery colleagues A clear path to grow into senior project and delivery responsibilities over time Continuous learning through real project experience Bristol based with a hybrid working model Private healthcare (including mental health support) Wellbeing initiatives and Active Teams programme Financial & security Salary range of £37,000–£45,000, depending on experience Pension with employer contributions Life assurance cover Regular team socials and events ~ 25 days holiday a year Role : Digital Project Manager (midweight)
