Customer Success Engineer / Manchester (hybrid, Northwest based) | Up to £60,000 + benefits | Go-to-market team About the company Fast-growing, investor-backed data and AI consultancy in central Manchester.

The business designs, builds and manages enterprise-grade data platforms, productised on Snowflake, plus the AI use cases built on top.

The opportunity The company is adding a technical seat to its go-to-market team.

Working alongside the customer success manager, you come in once the client's requirements are captured, then scope and build a tangible solution and product demo that shows the client what is possible.

Think of it as a forward deployed engineer style role, without the requirement to be a full software developer.

Today, building demos depends on the CTO's time, which is a bottleneck.

Your job is to remove that: turn a client's needs into something real and demonstrable at pace, using modern AI and low-code tooling, and put it in front of the client while the opportunity is warm.
