As Assistant Manager – you lead by example, supporting the General Manager in the management of the accommodation, heading up ‘Team true’ to instil a market leading true life living experience for our guests as we endeavour to become the most loved student accommodation brand. You have a hands-on approach.

Essential:You will have a minimum of 2 years management experience at management/supervisory level.

What you will be doing:

• You are a welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.You will be a key point of contact for our guests – answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns, and responding to complaints.
• Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
• Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.Working in line with the accommodations budget.
• Supporting the General Manager to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
• Supporting the General Manager to ensure all Health & Safety requirements are carried out.
• Managing the performance of all team membersEnsuring team members training is up to date.
• Supporting and ensuring delivery of our market leading true-life events program.
• Coordinating guest check in and check out, ensuring processes are in place and working and overseeing termly room inspections.
• Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.
• Assisting in the day-to-day operations including responding to maintenance requests and the general upkeep of the accommodation.

Pay: £29,000.00 per year + Bonus
