Guest Experience Assistant

What you will be doing

1. You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
2. You will be a key point of contact for our guests – answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints.
3. Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day-to-day queries.
4. Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
5. Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
6. Planning and delivering our market-leading true life events program on a weekly basis.
7. Managing the accommodations social media channels and generating content to support the marketing team.
8. Assisting with guest check-in and check-out processes and supporting with termly room inspections.
9. Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed.
10. Assisting with summer turnaround of the site.
11. Using a range of systems to ensure guest satisfaction of which full training will be given.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
