Job description

You are a natural people person with a hands on approach to your role. You are fun and friendly with a \'can do\' attitude. Operational \'excellence\' is your thing and you thrive in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same... because that\'s just boring, right?

What you will be doing

· You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell

· You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns and responding to complaints

· Provide reception desk support, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries

· Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team

· Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests

· Planning and delivering our market leading true life events programme

· Managing the accommodations social media channels and generating content to support the marketing team

· Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections

· Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed

Assisting with summer turnaround of the site

Using a range of systems to ensure guest satisfaction of which full training will be given
