  • Conduct detailed research projects to map candidates & companies from relevant industries
  • In partnership with your Partner or Principal, the Associate is responsible for sourcing, screening & reviewing 50-75% of all candidates for each assigned search
  • Work effectively with the Engagement Administrator on scheduling of candidate interactions and consistently engage with the Partner throughout the search
  • Prepare for client update calls by creating a clear agenda with discussion topics and ensuring each search instance of Thrive TRM is updated and error-free
  • During every client update call, transcribe notes detailing company updates, candidate updates and client suggestions
  • Outside of each assigned search, consistently discover & add qualified candidates outside of the True network to Thrive TRM
