This is a varied, people-focused role combining lead generation, relationship building and event coordination. It would suit someone with experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer service who enjoys speaking to new people and seeing opportunities progress.
What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to prospective firms to introduce our services and understand their needs.
- Following up enquiries and leads by phone and email, maintaining regular contact and progressing opportunities.
- Arranging and supporting introductory meetings with prospective firms.
- Answering initial questions and inviting suitable firms to attend our Discover Days.
- Coordinating Discover Day invitations, bookings, schedules and practical arrangements.
- Working with colleagues to welcome visiting firms and ensure events run smoothly.
- Following up with firms after events and coordinating next steps with the Recruitment Lead.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of contacts, conversations, meetings and next steps.
- Providing regular updates on activity, including calls, meetings, bookings and attendance.
What we’re looking for
Essential skills and experience
- Confident speaking with firms by phone and video call, including making cold calls.
- Clear communication and the ability to explain our services.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and timely follow-up.
- Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets and customer records systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience in recruitment, sales, business development or customer service.
- Experience arranging meetings, events or office visits.
- Experience holding introductory meetings or working with business clients.
- Friendly, confident and professional.
- Reliable, organised and proactive.
- Positive and able to handle setbacks.
- Flexible and willing to take responsibility for tasks.
Measures of success
- Regular calls and prompt follow-up with prospective firms.
- Accurate, up-to-date records.
- Introductory meetings that lead to Discover day bookings and attendance.
- Well-organised events and positive feedback from firms and colleagues.
