This is a hands-on role focused on creating effective, engaging and commercially driven design across campaigns, CRM and digital channels, while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the brand and user experience.
- Digital Creative Delivery
- Design high-quality creative across digital campaigns (email, social, web, CRM journeys), website and landing pages and App and platform-facing content (where required)
- Ensure all creative is optimised for digital performance, not just adapted for it
- Apply best practice in UX, accessibility (WCAG), readability and conversion-led design
- Support testing and optimisation by creating variants for campaigns, landing pages and CRM journeys
- Where needed, work with agency partners to support delivery and maintain consistency
- Campaign & Marketing Support
- Work closely with marketing teams to deliver campaign creative (adviser recruitment, product campaigns, client engagement and acquisition), social and paid media assets and CRM and lifecycle communications
- Translate campaign objectives into clear, effective visual output
- Balance brand consistency with commercial performance
- Brand & Design Consistency
- Work with the Head of Brand to apply and evolve brand guidelines and design systems
- Contribute to the development of templates and reusable components to improve efficiency and consistency
- Ensure all work aligns with visual identity, layout, hierarchy and usability principles and regulatory and accessibility requirements
- Support a consistent and high-quality design standard across all channels
- Internal & Corporate Communications
- Support design across internal communications (presentations, campaigns, key messaging, corporate and, where required, investor materials
- Help present complex information in a clear and visually engaging way
- Bring ideas to improve campaign effectiveness, engagement and clarity of communication and overall digital experience
- Stay up to date with design trends, digital UX and marketing best practice
- Contribute to a more digital-first, test-and-learn approach within marketing
- Work closely with marketing (campaigns, CRM, content, brand), digital/product teams (where relevant) and internal communications
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Deliver high-quality work at pace within a fast-moving environment
- Performance & Optimisation
- Use insights and feedback to refine and improve creative work

Experience and Capability
- Demonstrable experience in a digital design role (in-house or agency)
- Strong portfolio including digital campaigns, email/CRM design and web or landing pages
- Good understanding of digital design principles, UX and usability
- Experience working with marketing teams on campaign delivery
- Strong layout, typography and visual communication skills
- Experience with A/B testing or optimisation
- Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
- Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Basic motion, animation or video capability
