The Head of Operations is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with some flexibility to work from home. This position oversees the day-to-day operational management of the consultancy, including resource planning, workflow optimization, and coordination of client delivery across coaching and advisory engagements. The Head of Operations will design and refine operational processes, manage budgets and vendor relationships, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations. The role includes supporting business development activities through operational forecasting, capacity planning, and proposal support, as well as leading internal projects to improve efficiency and scalability. The individual will collaborate closely with the founders and consultants, manage operational staff, and help create a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably within professional services, consulting, or financial services.
  • Strong skills in process design and improvement, including workflow optimization, documentation, and implementation of operational best practices.
  • Comfort with budgeting, financial planning, and basic analytics to track KPIs, measure performance, and support data-driven decisions.
  • Effective leadership and people management capabilities, including team coordination, stakeholder communication, and change management.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools and systems (e.g., project management platforms, CRM systems, collaboration tools) to support scalable operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across senior stakeholders and client teams.
  • Experience in or exposure to leadership development, coaching, or performance consultancy is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in London, balancing office collaboration with independent work from home.

Location: London based hybrid role. 3 days in Mayfair office. 2 days working from home.
