About You: * Food manufacturing or similar manufacturing experience. * Proficient with Excel or similar IT system knowledge (SAP, Oracle etc.). * Good communication skills * As Production Planner, you will need strong project management skills. What will you be doing? * The Production Planner will drive and maintain production scheduling systems to maximize efficiency. * Create and manage structured production schedules that optimize capacity and labour resources. * Monitor and control work-in-progress levels to support production efficiencies. * Collaborate with production and sales teams to identify and resolve potential scheduling challenges. * Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely material availability. * Participate in regular production standard reviews and maintain accurate planning data. * As Production Planner, you will oversee production tracking systems and maintain shift calendars.
