You’ll be very hands on working in state-of-the-art kitchens, heavily invested site with a brilliant team of product innovators and chefs. The Candidate. * The right NPD Project Manager for this role will be able to exemplify successful product launches within a chilled food manufacturing environment. * You will have had exposure to being customer facing and presenting directly to any of the top 6 retailers. * This business works with all the major retailers, and you will be customer facing. * Ideally you will be able to communicate cross functionally, analysing recipes in line with customer and company expectations. * A passion for innovation and a forward-thinking attitude will certainly take you far within this business. * This would suit a senior NPD Technologist looking to step up or alternatively an accomplished NPD Manager who loves the level they’re operating at already. The Role. * As the NPD Project Manager you will be working closely with two of their key customers who are in the top 6 big retailers. * You’ll have a team of 3x product technologists. * Develop teams of technologists and help them climb the ladder. * There will be an expectation to keep up to date with all the current trends within your category. * You will be collaborating with key stakeholders/head of departments to make sure all products that are developed are commercially viable. * Successful deliver on concept, creation, and development, working cross functionally.
