This role is not for the faint hearted. Our client is a successful food manufacturer and has an appetite to keep growing. They work with multiple retailers and continue to grow through new products and listings.

Role/Responsibilities:

  • As Maintenance Manager, you will manage a team of 4 direct reports, and they will each be over a team of 6.
  • You will coach, mentor and develop all levels in their teams and be their go-to person in times they need help and support.
  • You won’t succeed in this position if you don’t have a food manufacturing background as you need to understand and be flexible with budgets as they are tight.
  • You will be a good hands-on engineer (preferably time served electrical bias).

  • You will need to have previous examples where you have delivered proactive change within a food manufacturing environment. You will also need to be able to demonstrate your management style and have credibility to work with a skilled team.
