Job Title: Interim Hygiene Manager Location: Northern Ireland Contract Duration: 4-6 months Start Date: ASAP IR35 Status: Outside Industry: Food Manufacturing Overview: This food manufacturer is looking for a Hygiene Manager to join them for 4-6 months. This position is site based, in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will oversee the hygiene team and report into the Technical Manager. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee hygiene team, including training and implementing safety practices * Ensuring all hygiene procedures align with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, BRCGS, ISO 22000). This includes creating and maintaining cleaning schedules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and records. * Work collaboratively with other internal teams to resolve hygiene-related issues and provide reports on hygiene performance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Requirements: * Must have previous experience as a hygiene manager within a food manufacturing environment. * Strong hygiene knowledge and ability to share with the wider business. * Excellent organisational skills.
