Overview: We’re looking for a Development Chef to join an incredibly successful chilled food business in North Lincolnshire. You will need to have been a Development Chef within a large-scale manufacturing environment previously to succeed in this role.
The Opportunity:
- You’ll be customer facing with some of the biggest retailers.
- We need you to be confident because as the Development Chef you’ll be responsible for presenting to stakeholders and ensuring you have their buy in.
- As a Development Chef you’ll work closely with an NPD Technologist focusing on specific accounts, there’ll be a lot of blue sky thinking involved.
- They will measure your success through a series of SMART objectives created within your first week with the NPD Manager.
