Role & Responsibilities:
- You will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction by resolving complaints to ensure retention and loyalty, whilst delivering exceptional support across multiple channels.
- As the Customer Service Representative, you will track customer interactions, streamline workflows and suggest areas for performance and efficiency improvements to enhance customer experiences and operational effectiveness.
