What will you be doing?
- Leading and developing the technical and QA function across multiple sites.
- Owning and evolving food safety and quality systems to meet BRCGS, customer, and legal requirements.
- Overseeing raw material quality from intake through to finished product, ensuring full traceability.
- Preparing and implementing technical systems and accreditations for a new manufacturing facility.
- Acting as the main technical contact for customers, auditors, and enforcement bodies.
- Supporting NPD, Operations, and Supply Chain on new product launches, artwork, and shelf‑life validation.
- Driving continuous improvement across food safety, hygiene, and technical standards.
