We're working exclusively with an exciting food and hospitality business that is looking for a Production Manager to take charge of its busy production operation and help shape what comes next.
This is a hands-on role with real scope to make an impact across production, people, quality, equipment, processes and continuous improvement.

What will you be doing?
You’ll take ownership of a broad production remit, including
- Managing the day-to-day production operation, people and planning.
- Ensuring products are produced safely, consistently and to the required quality.
- Monitoring productivity, yield, waste, downtime and capacity.
- Leading food safety, HACCP, hygiene, traceability and quality controls.
- Driving continuous improvement across processes, efficiency and waste.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce new technology, equipment and automation.
- Managing equipment, maintenance, servicing and breakdowns.
- Leading production trials and supporting new product development.
- Taking projects from initial idea through to implementation.
- Working with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to deliver improvements.
- Planning future capacity as the business continues to expand.
- Leading, coaching and developing the production team.
