Now Hiring – Digital Creative Producer
Contract - Initially 4 months – start date flexible according to availability
Location – Hybrid role – Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Leeds office with flexibility to work from home on other days
True North, one of the UK’s largest unscripted production companies outside London, is looking for an ambitious Digital Creative Producer to lead the company’s expansion into digital, social and branded content.
What You’ll Do
- Work in the Development team to bring digital thinking to every project from conception
- Expand True North’s reach into branded content
- Help translate existing True North shows, formats and talent relationships into compelling digital and social first content
- Champion a digital-first mindset internally - fast, lean, audience-led and commercial
Essential Experience
- Track record growing digital output and producing branded content for recognised names – either at an agency, in-house or with other influencers and creators
- Background publishing and optimising for Facebook, Instagram, plus broader experience across YouTube, social video, podcasts
- Proven understanding of platform specific behaviour and best practice (YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Instagram etc)
- Knowledge of monetisation beyond views and how to build sustainable growth
- Background in TV, digital studios, media companies or creator-led environments
- Experience building pitch decks for branded and broadcast clients – ideally Canva, Google presentations
- Comfortable being client facing where required
