TNO is launching a podcast, Birth of the Masculine, to share stories on fatherhood, mental health, and transformation. We’re looking for a video and audio editor to help with high-quality production and gain experience in podcasting.

What are we looking for?
Skills Required Video Editing Proficiency in video editing software such as Davinci Resolve. Ability to cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging content for YouTube and social media platforms. Audio Editing Experience in editing podcast audio, including noise reduction, sound levelling, and ensuring clarity. Familiarity with audio software like Audacity or Adobe Audition is a plus. Content Optimization Knowledge of best practices for optimizing video content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, including formatting, captions, and thumbnails. Creative Collaboration Strong communication skills to work alongside the founder and bring creative ideas to life, ensuring the podcast aligns with TNO’s mission and vision. Attention to Detail Ability to maintain high-quality standards and consistency throughout the editing process, ensuring the final product is seamless and professional. Time Management Ability to manage deadlines, working efficiently to ensure timely delivery of podcast episodes and related content. Self-Motivated & Independent Comfortable working remotely and taking initiative, with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities Video Editing Edit filmed podcast episodes for YouTube, ensuring smooth transitions, high-quality visuals, and engaging content. Audio Editing Clean up audio, remove background noise, balance sound levels, and ensure a polished listening experience. Content Optimization Format episodes for various platforms, including social media clips, YouTube, and podcast directories. Creative Collaboration Work closely with the founder to ensure that the editing aligns with the podcast’s vision, style, and mission. Timely Delivery Ensure episodes are edited and ready for release on schedule.
