About the job
We’re hiring a Senior Azure SaaS Reliability & Support Engineer for a growing UK technology business with a customer-critical Azure-hosted platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of live SaaS environments, diagnosing issues properly, and improving reliability before customers even notice there is a problem. This is not a pure DevOps or cloud build role. We’re looking for someone who can investigate production issues, trace root cause, work across application and infrastructure layers, and help reduce recurring incidents through better monitoring, automation and operational insight.
What you’ll be doing:
- Investigating complex application and infrastructure issues in Azure
- Troubleshooting production incidents using logs, telemetry and diagnostics
- Supporting customer environments across single-tenant and multi-tenant deployments
- Identifying recurring problems and driving permanent fixes
- Building or improving monitoring, alerting and automation
- Working closely with support and development teams on code-level and environment-related issues
- Reporting findings and recommendations
