Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain a consolidated delivery plan
- Track delivery progress, risks, issues, dependencies and successes
- Strengthen visibility, coordination and prioritisation across teams
- Work closely with delivery managers, internal teams and external suppliers
- Maintain strong governance at programme level
- Produce clear senior-level / Director-level reporting
- Support senior stakeholder engagement and decision-making
- Proactively identify delivery challenges and drive mitigation plans
Experience required
- Strong experience as a Digital Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Programme Manager
- Experience managing complex digital programmes with multiple workstreams
- Strong programme governance experience
- Excellent RAID management experience
- Experience producing high-quality senior stakeholder reports
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, ideally up to Director level
- Experience coordinating internal teams and external suppliers
- Active SC clearance required
Desirable
- Experience with data platform migrations
- Previous public sector or central government delivery experience
- Experience working in complex, multi-supplier environments
