TrueNorth are working with an established consultancy who are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to drive a big public sector programme. The right Agile Delivery Manager will be able to come to either the Newcastle or Leeds site, flexible on when and how often.

Day to day the Agile Delivery Manager will be:

  • Effectively planning, executing and tracking sprint goals
  • Will be the Scrum Master for the agile team, leading agile ceremonies etc
  • Complete necessary follow ups and admin tasks
  • Assimilate quickly business needs, OKRs, technical product roadmaps and provide timely and appropriate reporting and openly communicate delivery updates
  • Support the team and Product Manager with what they need to maintain an ordered backlog across multiple workstreams
  • Guide the team and remove impediments for a progressive results driven delivery to achieve timely outcome and release of value

The right Agile Delivery Manager will prioritise building relationships, giving consistent comms and managing stakeholders as and where needed.
