Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Agile Delivery Manager to help strengthen agile delivery capability across the organisation. This role is centred on coaching and mentoring teams, embedding agile best practices, and driving continuous improvement to enhance delivery outcomes.
You will be responsible for upskilling teams through knowledge transfer, organising and delivering training, and supporting teams to improve agile delivery, planning, prioritisation, and workload management. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to promote effective ways of working, encourage collaboration, and build long-term capability across delivery teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Delivery Management, experience coaching teams in complex environments, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable, as it is a key tool for planning, tracking, and managing agile delivery.
Essential:- Proven experience as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager or Agile Coach.
