True North Construction is a growing, reputable construction company based in Newcastle upon Tyne, delivering high‑quality renovations, extensions, and new build projects across the North East. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, reliability, and a friendly, professional service that homeowners can trust.

We are looking to expand our network of skilled sub‑contractor Joiners to support residential and commercial projects. This role is ideal for experienced joiners who take pride in their work, communicate well with clients, and can deliver a high standard of finish consistently.

Key Responsibilities
  • First and second fix joinery
  • Installation of doors, skirting, architraves, stair components, flooring, and bespoke elements
  • Working alongside site teams to deliver projects on time and to specification
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment
  • Being able to read drawings
