Overview of the Role
Our Chef de Parties are the glue that holds our kitchens together and are key in supporting the Sous Chef & Head Chef. You are enthusiastic, upbeat, and friendly. Like us, you’ll be passionate about good quality food and not be afraid to get stuck in. You’ll be supported in your career by an experienced team, in an exciting, fast-paced and dynamic kitchen, with the opportunity to gain experience working across all sections.
Day-to-day, the role provides variety, with duties that include:
- Food preparation
- Assisting other chefs in the team
- Helping with deliveries & restocking
- Stock rotation
- Cleaning duties
- Maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
You’ll embrace our fresh food culture, be involved with stock control, and ensure we meet food safety and cleaning standards. Ideally with 1 years’ experience in a similar role, as a line cook, commis chef, or all-round experience as a Chef De Partie. Most importantly, you’ll be hands on with a “can do” attitude, and able to work flexibly, including some earlies, evenings, and most weekends.
