Please note that the 21 hours must be worked as 3 x 7 hours shifts of 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday on a rota basis. Closed Sundays and bank holidays and no evening work.
True Mobility is the leading retailer of mobility aids for the elderly and less able in the Oxfordshire area. Established in 2003 we are now recruiting for Sales Assistant at our Didcot branch. We offer our customers a personal shopper experience and encourage our team members to spend time with customers to get an understanding of them, their home environment and their aspirations. We don't pressure you with targets - we just want you to provide great advice and great service.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing a welcoming, professional first point of contact and assistance to everyone who comes into the showroom
- Assisting customers with product selection, advise on product features and assess user requirements
- Processing customers purchases, returns and exchanges along with the related admin tasks
- Processing telephone sales orders and organising their dispatch
- Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom, including merchandising displays
