Revit MEP Technician

Salary to £30k – £45k

As part of continued expansion and development an opportunity has arisen for a Revit MEP Technician to join a team working on the design of highly technical critical systems including datacentres

You will be an enthusiastic and dynamic Revit Technician with excellent communication and Revit MEP technical, skills who enjoys working collaboratively in multi-professional design teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D M&E models and produce necessary drawings using Revit
• Keep up to date with the latest software updates, AutoCAD/Revit Standards
• Help develop and implement Revit throughout the business
• Working to deadlines whilst producing the highest quality of work
• Co-ordinate accurately with all other disciplines including face to face meetings
• Control flow of design information for specific projects into and out of the company

Skills & Experience

Expertise in the use of Revit, including:

• Ability to draw/model all MEP services in Revit
• Experience in the building services industry is essential.
• Ability to manage on time & accurate delivery of CAD/Revit work.
• Confident communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions in order to understand the design requirements.
• Ability to produce and manage the production of accurate and detailed drawings to scale.
