In this role you will be part of a friendly collaborative consultancy providing innovative design services to a variety of sectors including retail, education and health. Sustainability is at the heart of their designs as is being at the forefront of the latest technologies.
Responsibilities:- Detailed design drawings with a specialisation in mechanical system design.
- Preparing technical specifications and schedules and design development reports.
- Taking projects through from inception to completion and handover.
- Undertaking survey work.
- Production of feasibility reports.
- Attend site progress meetings and review installations.
- Working closely with other team members.
- Liaising closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors of in-house and external project teams.
- Taking responsibility for your workload and projects.
- You will ideally hold a degree in mechanical or building services engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of design in building services, post qualification completion.
- Knowledge of Mechanical systems design.
- A desire to continue your professional development.
