Responsibilities:
- As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you will be a vital part of the team and have a high degree of autonomy for your experience level, combined with support as needed.
- Working as part of a larger team on certain projects.
- Attending meetings with clients and other construction professionals.
- Helping generate repeat business through customer care of existing clients.
- Working on a variety of technically challenging and interesting projects across varied sectors.
- Producing drawings and specifications.
- Producing calculations or guiding others to complete them.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Ideally a degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or HNC / HND with relevant design experience.
- A desire to become chartered.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience of design in building services, post qualification completion.
- Experience of design software.
- Knowledge of British and European Standards, Building Regulations documents etc.
- An enthusiasm to continue professional development.
