Working within a welcoming group of engineers you’ll be part of a team designing and managing a wide variety of project types and sizes, you’ll benefit from a well-established client base with ongoing projects. It’s important to note this employer has a low staff turnover, and every effort is made to create a comfortable and sustainable working environment The Role * Designing mechanical engineering systems for buildings such as hospitals, education, residential and commercial. * You lead mechanical services design on projects, * You’ll lead the development for projects ensuring solutions are appropriate for the brief and regulatory standards. * Take responsibility for solid technical delivery in your work either alone or part of a team. * Meeting with clients, producing reports, specifications and drawings and delivering successful projects from inception to completion. * You will be financially astute and help monitor fee expenditure, resource and work delivered. Experience Required * Excellent technical knowledge in Mechanical Design Engineering in building services. * Solid experience in building services engineering and design through all stages of the design process. * Autonomous approach * Mentor and supervise junior members of staff * Ideally Chartered engineer or working towards
