We’re partnered with one of the most exciting businesses in the Air Movement sector. An international firm, with a turnover nearing £1 billion worldwide, they manufacture ventilation solutions used in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. With a reputation for engineering excellence, their wide-ranging product range is trusted by contractors and consultants across the UK for projects of all sizes. Their Commercial MVHR systems and AHUs are well established in the market, known for reliability, efficiency, and seamless integration. With the recent addition of an AHU featuring a fully integrated heat pump, they now offer one of the most complete ventilation portfolios in the industry – designed with energy efficiency and low carbon impact in mind. To support this expansion, they’re looking to strengthen their sales team in the London region. As Sales Manager / Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on major boroughs in London as well as parts of the surrounding Home Counties – building relationships with M&E contractors and consultants to secure project specifications and drive growth across the territory. For this role, you will ideally have experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Specification Sales Manager within the commercial HVAC or ventilation space – particularly selling AHUs, MVHR, and Fans. We’re also open to individuals with experience in related product areas such as Chillers, Fan Coil Units, Commercial Heat Pumps, Boilers, HIUs, Air Conditioning, or other mechanical systems. As Sales Manager / Business Development Manager, you will receive: * £50,000 – £65,000 basic salary * Uncapped commission with additional bonuses for bespoke project wins, specification success and exceeding sales targets * Company car / car allowance * 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays * Company pension contribution * Life insurance * Private medical insurance and dental cover
