A globally renowned architecture and interior design studio has recently opened a new London studio in Knightsbridge and is now looking for a Senior Project Manager Designer to join its growing team. The studio is known for delivering bespoke, high-end residential projects of exceptional quality. This is a senior-level role with a strong technical and project management focus, suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on and closely involved in both the creative and delivery stages of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical development of projects from concept through to completion
- Design interior architecture, bespoke joinery, and architectural finishes
- Create and develop design concepts and presentations
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages in AutoCAD for contractors and joiners to price and build from
- Manage on-site activity, coordinating contractors, vendors, and multiple subcontractors
- Confidently represent the studio independently on site and in client-facing situations
- Oversee CA (Contract Administration) processes with confidence and competency
- Organise project activities, schedules, documentation, and vendor coordination across multiple projects
- Source materials, finishes, and FF&E to support the design vision
- Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Attend client meetings, respond to RFIs, and support design queries throughout delivery
- Maintain and update CAD drawings, finish schedules, and overall project documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior interior architecture or project design role within high-end residential projects
- Strong technical background with excellent detailing and construction knowledge
- Extensive on-site experience and confidence managing construction phases
- Highly organised with strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, consultants, and vendors effectively
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp essential
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
- Confident, polished, and professional in client-facing environments
