An internationally recognised design studio, celebrated for delivering some of the world's most beautiful luxury residential and hospitality interiors, is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join its growing London team. Working across boutique hotels, multi-unit residential developments, and exceptional private homes, you'll lead projects from concept through to completion, creating thoughtful, design-led interiors that combine creativity with technical excellence.

Working closely with the Associates, you'll take ownership of multiple projects while mentoring junior designers and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout every stage of delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead luxury residential and hospitality projects from concept through to completion
  • Develop compelling design concepts, spatial layouts, and presentation material
  • Produce and manage SketchUp models, drawing packages, and design documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Attend site regularly to oversee design implementation and resolve technical queries
  • Collaborate with Associates to ensure projects are delivered on programme and to the highest standard
  • Present design proposals confidently to clients and stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior designers, encouraging collaboration and professional development
Requirements
  • 2–3 years' experience operating at Senior Interior Designer level
  • Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential and hospitality projects
  • Excellent concept design, space planning, and creative storytelling skills
  • Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced design environment
  • Strong client-facing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Advanced SketchUp proficiency
  • Experience producing design documentation and coordinating project delivery
  • Site experience working closely with contractors and consultants
