We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading global design studio, working across the delivery of luxury hotel projects internationally.

You’ll work closely with the Director of Project Management, internal and external project teams, consultants and key stakeholders, helping ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard.

THE ROLE

  • Manage projects on a day-to-day basis, supporting successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with internal and external project teams, consultants and stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain project reports and programmes
  • Prepare project-specific documentation
  • Manage variations, pricing and additional fee bids
  • Prepare and update project resource plans
  • Work with Finance & Administration on monthly invoicing and billing
  • Support the delivery of contracted project deliverables across international projects

ABOUT YOU

  • 3–5 years’ relevant Project Management experience
  • Ideally from a high-end design or architectural firm
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple strict timelines
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Please note: this is a project management role, not a design position
