A beautiful opportunity has become available for a Mid-Weight FF&E Designer with 4+ years experience to join a highly respected luxury interior design studio in London. With studios across London, Europe and the US, this internationally recognised design practice delivers private residences, luxury apartments and chalets across the globe. Known for creating timeless, elegant and highly considered spaces, the studio’s work is rooted in storytelling and a deep appreciation for materials, antiques, bespoke furniture and beautifully curated details.
Working closely with the wider design team, the successful FF&E Designer will play a key role in developing schemes and bringing interiors to life through thoughtful sourcing, creative concepts and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Developing FF&E concepts, design schemes and presentations
- Sourcing furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories and artwork
- Creating bespoke furniture pieces and working closely with specialist makers
- Building strong supplier relationships and discovering unique pieces
- Producing FF&E schedules, specifications and procurement information
- Coordinating samples, finishes and approvals throughout the design process
- Supporting installations and seeing projects come to life
- 3+ years’ experience within a luxury interior design studio
- Strong FF&E experience, ideally across high-end residential projects
- A passion for furniture, materials, craftsmanship and detail
- Experience working on bespoke furniture and custom designs
- Confidence communicating with suppliers, makers and design teams
- A strong eye for colour, texture and creating layered interiors
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
