True are partnering with a market-leading and award-winning specialist business at the forefront of heat networks and building performance, working as both a consultancy and contractor to deliver low-carbon solutions. They combine unmatched real-world performance data with deep technical expertise to help shape industry standards. With on-going works at a hospital retrofit in Milton Keynes, they’re looking to appoint a Site Manager to look after this complex, multi-building upgrade programme, a flagship scheme in NHS decarbonisation. As Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of mechanical and electrical works, supervising contractors, managing quality and compliance, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You’ll coordinate subcontractors on site, oversee health & safety, and support the technical and quality assurance processes that underpin successful project delivery. This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable leading multiple packages in a live healthcare environment. You’ll work closely with senior project managers, clients, and engineering teams to ensure high standards and smooth delivery.
