Senior Interior Designer / Project Designer - Hospitality

We are proud to be representing this vibrant and dynamic Interior Architecture & Interior Design Studio based in Notting Hill. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their team of 10. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about high-end residential design and eager to contribute to a collaborative, creative environment. They pride themselves on their strong studio culture, and they are looking for someone who will not only lead projects but also support and inspire the wider team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working as a Senior Interior Designer on UK-based high-end residential projects, with proven ability to manage both projects and teams. You’ll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as the ability to produce clear and detailed drawing packages. A proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative mindset are key, as is the ability to lead site visits, liaise with contractors and consultants, and support the team through every stage of the project. You should also bring proven experience in overseeing procurement and FF&E installations, as well as confidently managing teams, leading training sessions, tracking project progress, assigning tasks, and ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Directors and senior designers to foster a positive and supportive studio environment, champion professional growth, and contribute to the studio’s continued success. This includes refining internal processes, mentoring junior team members, and actively supporting business development through networking and participation in industry events.
