This highly regarded London hospitality design studio is behind some of the most beautiful boutique hotels, restaurants and bars, known for creating interiors defined by atmosphere, narrative and refined detail.
The studio is now looking for a Senior Interior Designer to take a leading role as it continues to grow its portfolio of high-end hospitality projects. This is a hands-on, creatively driven position where you’ll be trusted with real responsibility across multiple live schemes, from early concept thinking through to final installation.
Working closely with the Studio Founder, you’ll help drive the creative output forward while also supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team. This role would suit an experienced Senior Designer, or a strong Mid-Weight looking to step up into a senior position. You’ll be joining a collaborative, design-focused studio with a strong creative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of hospitality projects from initial concept through to on-site completion.
- Shape and develop design narratives, ensuring strong storytelling across every stage of a project.
- Lead FF&E direction, curating furniture, lighting and finishes that elevate each scheme.
- Develop detailed technical packages and work closely with consultants to resolve design intent.
- Lead client presentations and design meetings with confidence and clarity.
- Oversee multiple live projects, managing timelines, coordination and delivery standards.
- Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless on-site execution.
- Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to the wider creative development of the studio.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience within interior design, with a strong focus on high-end hospitality.
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, design-led hotels, restaurants or bar environments.
- Confidence across all stages of design, from concept through to technical delivery.
- Strong AutoCAD and detailing capability.
