Pre-Construction Manager required
True is proud to partner with a leading Principal Contractor that plays a pivotal role in helping Local Authorities decarbonise Schools, Universities and Hospitals throughout the UK and Ireland. From Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems to fabric upgrades, this company is at the forefront of transforming educational & healthcare institutions for a sustainable future.
Having doubled their turnover in recent years, their growth trajectory has been impressive. With the recent opening of a new Birmingham office, they now operate across eight sites throughout the UK and Europe, reflecting their expanding influence.
They are now seeking a preferable Mechanically focused Pre-Construction Manager to lead concept design, manage client relationships, and present compelling proposals during the early project phases. In this role, you will lead a talented M&E BIM & Design team and oversee the process from RIBA stages 1-4. You’ll be hands-on during the initial phases and ensure smooth, timely delivery as projects progress through design development.
This opportunity is perfect for someone with a strong technical, site-based background, similar to that of a Contracts Manager or Building Services Manager, who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
