True Consulting is a growing recruitment consultancy specialising in Interior Design and HVAC recruitment across the UK, US and Europe. We’re looking for someone to become a key part of the operation behind the scenes, working closely with the Directors and wider team. This is more than a traditional admin role. You’ll take ownership across operations, onboarding, training, people support, marketing and business administration, helping us stay organised and improve how we work as the company grows. Key Responsibilities * Support invoicing, client terms and general business administration. * Maintain company records, contacts and internal systems. * Organise onboarding plans, training schedules and internal training resources. * Administer external training and track employee development. * Support HR administration, promotions and progression records. * Prepare end-of-month meetings, update target boards and record actions. * Support marketing activity, Canva content, salary surveys and client-facing market information. * Organise company events, charity activities, incentives and team socials. * Coordinate external suppliers and support improvements to internal processes. Who We’re Looking For You’ll be naturally organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. You’ll likely be someone who: * enjoys organising people, projects and information; * follows things through without needing to be chased; * spots where processes can be improved; * communicates confidently with different personalities; * can manage several priorities at once; and * takes pride in producing work to a high standard.
