We’re looking for driven, career-focused Recruitment Consultants and Sales professionals to join our growing team. The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Recruitment Consultant with 1–3 years’ experience to take ownership of our London or Miami Interior Design desk. You’ll partner with leading design studios, architecture practices, and global brands who design Residencies for Royal Families, Beach clubs in Ibiza & St Tropez to rooftop bars and restaurants in New York & Dubai. Roles you recruit for will range from Midweight and Senior Designers, FF&E Designers, and Project Managers through to Design Directors, Studio Leads, and Heads of Design.

Fees typically range from 15–25%. Salaries usually range from £35,000 to £120,000+.
