I’m working with a truly exceptional design studio that are looking to welcome a Mid‑Senior FF&E Designer into their collaborative, friendly, and highly creative team. This is a rare chance to join a studio known for their beautiful, luxurious hospitality projects, working on bars, restaurants, and beach clubs across the world.
You’ll be working closely with the directors from day one, contributing to the creative direction and design narrative of each project from initial concept right through to completion. This is a hands‑on role where your ideas will be heard, and where you’ll have the freedom and support to really shape the FF&E direction across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in luxury hospitality and a deep understanding of how to put cohesive schemes together, especially with bespoke furniture and lighting. You’ll be involved in creating decorative details, accessorising, and even designing unique furniture pieces or lighting elements that become key features within the space.
You’ll manage all aspects of the decorative FF&E, from concept palettes, sourcing one‑of‑a‑kind pieces, creating detailed FF&E schedules, to ensuring compliance with fire safety and other relevant regulations. You’ll oversee the entire process, including installation, to ensure a flawless finish.
