True are partnering with a leading international M and are now looking to appoint a Mechanical Technical Services Manager to support the delivery of a major data centre package at Canary Wharf. As Mechanical Technical Services Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of complex mechanical systems, overseeing installations across packaged plantrooms, chillers, cooling systems, pipework, plumbing and HVAC services. Working closely with project delivery teams on site, you will ensure installations are progressing safely, efficiently and in line with programme and quality expectations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing technical services team delivering one of London’s flagship mission-critical projects.
Mechanical Technical Services Manager Package:
- £70,000 - £77,000 basic salary (DOE)
- £5,000 travel allowance / expenses
