Job Description
Marketing Executive
Location: Waterlooville (Hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 DOE + Bonus
We’re looking for a creative Marketing Executive to take ownership of our marketing function and help drive the growth of our brand.
You’ll work closely with our Directors on everything from content creation and social media campaigns to data-driven lead generation and client engagement. This is a role where you’ll have space to shape the marketing strategy, bring ideas to the table, and see your work directly impact business growth.
Our mission is to go beyond recruitment. We want to become a trusted hub of insight, events and connections for businesses in the Interior Design, Energy and Built Environment sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) — content creation, scheduling & engagement
- Overseeing website content & SEO, driving organic traffic through regular updates
- Running campaigns and building brand awareness across our specialist sectors
- Designing & distributing client surveys, turning feedback into actionable insights
- Researching and sourcing market data (emails, mobiles, etc.), building compliant lead lists
- Supporting email marketing & CRM campaigns to boost client engagement
- Creating industry events to connect our clients and communities, opening business opportunities
- Identifying key data and networks that help us drive more placements year-on-year
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years in a marketing role (ideally B2B, agency, or recruitment)
- Confident using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot (or similar)
- Strong writing & content creation skills with a creative edge
- SEO knowledge & basic website editing (WordPress or similar)
- Proactive, analytical, and confident in bringing new ideas forward
- Comfortable with data gathering, lead sourcing & email campaigns
