In this role, you’ll focus on end-user sales, engaging with contractors, facilities management companies, and maintenance partners. You’ll support new maintenance contracts, renewals, repairs, and a small element of rental solutions. You will inherit a strong patch, with significant order intake already established, and work to grow sales in line with ambitious regional targets.
The Service Sales Engineer will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with end-users, contractors, and FM companies
- Driving sales across service, maintenance, and repair offerings, including some rental activity
- Managing and developing your regional patch to achieve targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Contributing to strategic sales planning for the region
This role requires proven experience selling Service & Maintenance Contracts within the HVAC, commercial heating, or building services sectors. A background selling into HVAC OEMs would also be considered. Ideally the Service Sales Manager will have End User, FM and Contractor customers across the North West.
The Service Sales Manager will receive:
- Up to £70,000 basic salary d.o.e.
- Bonus: 20–30% of salary
- Company Car
- 25 days plus Bank Holidays
- Company pension
- Benefits package including private health/medical
