We're working with a highly respected luxury interior design studio that is looking to welcome a Senior Technical Designer to its growing team.
This is an opportunity to work on some of the UK's most prestigious ultra-high-end residential projects, taking schemes from concept through to completion.
You'll collaborate with an exceptionally talented team, delivering beautifully crafted bespoke interiors for high-profile private clients.
The Role
You'll play a key role in translating creative concepts into technically robust, buildable designs, taking ownership of the technical delivery across multiple luxury residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Producing detailed technical drawing packages and construction documentation.
- Developing architectural layouts, space planning and bespoke joinery details.
- Reviewing and coordinating supplier, contractor and consultant drawings.
- Working closely with designers, consultants and clients throughout project delivery.
- Attending site meetings and resolving technical challenges on live projects.
- Ensuring every project is delivered to the highest technical and design standards.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years' experience within luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
- Degree qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional bespoke interiors.
