We are delighted to have been exclusively appointed by one of London’s most highly regarded in-house design studios. We are partnering with them to recruit a Senior Interior Designer to work closely with the Design Director across a distinctive portfolio of luxury properties, including boutique hotels, country estates, prestigious bars and private members’ clubs. The projects blend heritage architecture with contemporary luxury, ranging from intimate lounges and dining spaces to expansive outdoor retreats.
The studio’s design ethos centres on timeless elegance, rich materials, and meticulous attention to detail, combining classic architectural features with modern finishes to create refined yet welcoming spaces. The successful candidate will contribute across FF&E and interior design to help deliver these cohesive, immersive environments.
You will bring strong creative vision, solid technical expertise, and commercial awareness, ensuring projects are delivered on brand, on schedule, and within budget, while working closely with the Design Director and wider teams to oversee multiple projects from concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing design concepts
- Producing drawing packages and visuals
- Presenting to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards
- Managing FF&E procurement, supplier relationships, budgets, and project timelines
The ideal candidate will hold a qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture and have at least six years’ experience in luxury hospitality. Strong technical skills, software proficiency, and experience managing FF&E budgets are essential, along with excellent organisation and communication skills.
This role offers regular site travel, hands-on project exposure, and outstanding career development opportunities; roles of this calibre are rarely available.
